Dr. Greenspan is a second-generation chiropractor with deep roots in the Asheville community. His approach combines chiropractic care, applied kinesiology, and nutritional support to help patients move more comfortably and enjoy the activities they love.
Dr. Paat brings more than 25 years of chiropractic experience and extensive postgraduate training in functional neurology, pediatric development, movement, and balance. She cares for patients of all ages, with a special interest in babies, children, and pregnancy.
